223 loads for 52gr SMK and 53gr SMK in 1:7 please

Most of my 223 rifles are 1:7 twist, cannot seem to find much info on 52gr SMK and 53gr SMK, though I hear they do fairly well.. I know about the 69gr thru 77 gr and have acceptable loads for them, I have an opportunity to buy in bulk 52gr/53gr and would like to see if anyone shoots this bullet weight.

Lots of data out there for those bullet weights - just don't run them super hot in a 7 twist and they'll hold together.

I run 25.5 grs RL15 behind either/both.

is optimum velocity 2800-2900 fps?
