.223 Powder Usage

On average. Nothing specific, how many .223 loads can you re-load out of a one pound container of Varget?

Would be cool to know the same on 9mm, 40 cal and 45 acp.

It depends on how many grains you load. Check out this link, and you can easily answer all of the above.

In general there are 7,000gr in a pound, so divide 7,000 by your charge weight.

.223 280 to 290 depending on bullet.

.45 ACP about 1300 (1296) from a pound of Unique, I'd guess about the same for 9 mm and .40.

I thought it was 6000gr per 1#. Maybe I am wrong though.
