I'm looking for a take off 7,8 or 9 twist Remington 223 barrel.
 
I have a Krieger 1x7 5.56mm 20” heavy barrel from Compass Lake that I just pulled off to replace with a 224 Valkyrie Krieger barrel from Compass Lake. CLE fit the 5.56mm barrel as a Service Rifle Upper, so it is threaded. Has 1500 rounds through it, and likes 77 & 80 grain SMK loads. I can take pics if you are interested. Make me an offer.
