I'm about to do load development with 225 MTH bullets in my 338 Norma mag.
I'm thinking N570 might be too slow based on how full the case was with 265's.
I have that, rl26, h1000, retumbo, and imr 8133.
Does anyone have load data with these bullets, or any other 225 grainers?

After running the ballistics I'm not seeing much advantage with shooting heavier bullets in the NM out to 1100 or so.
I'm thinking since this is a lighter weight hunting rifle I might as well go for less recoil.

I started pressure testing yesterday with the 225 MTH, I couldn't find any data so here's what I'm coming up with.
25" 9.5 twist, standard 338 NM
Peterson brass, cci 250, 3.55 oal

H1000
94-3075
95- 3125
96-3150
No pressure signs, primer edges are still rounded

RL26
91-3130 flat primer
92-3148 slight ejector mark.

Looks like H1000 will be solid, I'll test 95 and 96 grains for accuracy
