Range Report 225 Eldm actual bc

I was playing with 225 eldms on my Hornady ballistics app and noticed they've entered a .73 bc.
Pretty big difference from the. 777 they advertised for years, and continue to advertise on their website.

What are you all getting for a bc from verified drops?

If you use the 4DOF program they don't use a BC but a custom curve which is very accurate. Use 4DOF for any long range shots.

Also the .777 BC is a 200 yard average BC as most all other makers use to advertise their bullets. If they have a different BC in the program then they are probably using the averaged out BC for a long range shot which will be more accurate. This is why they list a banded BC per velocity range at their site.
