I am wanting a 22br barrel for my TL3 and had some questions about forming the brass. Dies used will be Forster fl die. How much runout if any will there be? Will there be a doughnut created? Any other possible issues or is this as easy as lube fl size and load? Brass used will be Lapua 6br brass and I will have the smith use a Reamer that will not require turning the necks.

I had never considered the 22 dasher what are the pros and cons of the dasher vs br.

It's a blown out BR so just a little more powder/velocity. 22 Dasher will be easier than 6 Dasher since you won't have to neck up first. Just neck down short to create a false shoulder and fireform. Both will require the mag spacer kits which I'm sure you're already aware of.

A buddy of mine has a 16" 22 Dasher and it really has me thinking about getting a barrel. It's a sweet little round and loading and forming seems just as straight forward as 22BR to me. I never put 100% faith into brass until it has a firing on it and it's no harder to size than 22BR. His fire forming loads were very accurate, just 22BR speeds instead of Dasher since it lacked the case capacity.

What kind of speeds is he getting with a 16” barrel. What bullet?
