About to send off my 26” bartlein blank for my 22gt. 7.7T. It will be mainly used for coyotes/varmint hunting and long range shooting. I was thinking 18” but not sure if I’m doing the round a disservice. It will be shot suppressed every now and then also. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you don't mind the length and weight, go as long as you can. If the can will need to be used under time pressure, shorter will be the way to go.

FWIW, I always did 26in finish length when I shot 22-250AI. Multiple barrels across three rifles, regardless of twist. Big powder bottle, I wanted all the free velocity I could get. I had a 20in 223 dedicated for suppressed use that I could walk about with, so keep that in mind. If you are going to have one rifle to do it all, you may have to make.concessions to mobility.
