22wmr w/ picatinny rail that shoots suggestions

I love my older savage 93r17 but looking to get a 22wmr primarily for night time coyote hunting.(Rimfire only at night here in MI) I want to be able to take my Trijicon scope I have mounted in a one piece qd mount and use it on the 22. First off looking for accurate, second has to be able to mount a picatinny not weaver rail on top.
I'm not set in stone on the action at all. Bolt, semi, or even lever.
Would rather not go w/ a blued barrel since it will be used mainly with snow in the air and on the ground.
I've been spending all my time researching/learning AR's so I'm hoping you guys have some good suggestions to get me started...

If you are asking which manufacture to buy, I suggest a CZ 452, 453, or 455. I have a 25moa pic rail on mine and it works great.

I've seen picatinny rails for the savages I think but I didn't know you could get them for the CZ's
