.243 barrel twist rate?

The Remington 700 SPS Varmint in .243 Win. comes with a 9 1/8 twist rate. Is this twist rate enough to handle the 100-107 gr. bullets such as the Sierra Match King or Hornady A-max bullets? I'd prefer it come with an 8 twist barrel but 9 1/8 is what Remington sends it out with. Advice appreciated. I really don't want to rebarrel a brand new rifle just to shoot 100-107 gr. bullets. Thanks.
