Has anybody noticed a difference in muzzle velocity or a POI shift when firing Winchester brand .243 brass that is loaded from unprimed new brass in the bag vs firing Winchester brass that came from factory loaded ammo and then reloaded? I have noticed that my load of 46.5 grains of H1000 with 105 Amax out of the brass from the bags seems to shoot a little different than the stuff that came from once fired factory Winchester ammo. I have noticed that the headstamps are a hair different between the two.

The lettering is a touch different and the 3 in .243 is different as well. Maybe these are made in two different plants or something?
I haven't checked the FPS between the two but when zeroed for the Win brass with the "flat top 3" in .243 which is brass from the bag, the "round top 3" rounds hit about a half inch high and about 3/4 of an inch left. All I can really find these days is once fired factory brass but I don't have enough of it to make a lot of 250 for the Snipershide Cup in May. I have enough with once fired and new out of the bag but so far and admittedly not a lot of testing as it has been snowing here the last week and a half, but if the two different headstamps have a big difference in case volume or something then I guess I'll have to develop a separate load for them and try to match it to the brass from the bag.
So to make a long story short, has anybody else come across this situation with Winchester brass or any type brass?
