I am in need of some load data with a 260/123 Sierra/Remington Brass/H4350 Combination. It doesn't look like many people shoot this combo out of a 260, so load data is scarce....any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
JP

I have run the 123smk over 4350 out of my JP LRP07.

Best results between 43.5 and 44.0, anything over 44.0 caused a bit of pressure. Within that range of charge and depending upon the rifle you are looking at 2780-2860 fps.

2850fps was about 8.7-8.8 mils to 1K (0DA)

Look in the Sierra manual under 120's , I ran some 123smk and some 123a-max over 41.5grs, VV N540,win brass,210m, a couple weeks ago ,in my 260,26'' Shilen ratchet rifling, out thru 1000yds , the numbers came out at 3120fps and accurate as hell,I will try this combo in this weekends steel match

I have a light load of 41 gr of H4350 that is fantasticly accurate up to 700ish yds and a standard load of 44.3 gr of H4350 for 800 and up, the 142 SMK still do bit better at longer ranges.

Will shoot this combination for across the course all the way through. I use 38.5gr of N150 and molly coat. In a friends rifle I believe teh load I worked up for it was 44gr of H4350.
