Range Report 270 wsm load, where to now

I have a 270wsm, it is grouping around 1.5 inches with 130 accubond. The load for 3 shot group was es of 3 sd of 1. How do I go from here, do I just change seating depth until it comes in?

I would start at the lands, and work your way back. My 270 Win likes the 150gr Accubond LR to be loaded right at the lands.

What are you using your 270 for Hunting or targets?

How does it perform downrange?

Targets. Just plinking really. That 150gr Accubond LR is the only bullet I’ve found with a decent BC, but they’re expensive.
I’ve rung steel out to 500 yards, but haven’t tried further.
I honestly don’t make alot of time for it because the scope I have on it isn’t great for long range, and the .277 bullet selection isn’t great.

The best thing about that cartridge is powder selection. Seems like every rifle powder out there works with the .270 win.

So I broke the code.
I tried a normal large rifle primer (br2) and it now shoots around half inch at 100 yards.

Thanks for the update. What powder did you settle on?
Are you filling the case?

270wsm that will hold 5-shot .5 moa group is impressive!!!

Ended up with 67 grains of reloader 26, 140 Accubond @ 3215 fps
