I have a savage ultralite 28 nosler that has a 24" 1-8.44 twist barrel amd just can't find a lot of relevant information.
I am planning to use 180 eld-m, but if that doesn't work well i have alternatives. I have lots of n570 powder and a little reloader 26, so i would rather use the n570.
I have adg brass.
None of my books have n570, so extensive internet searches seem to show very little. One source shows 80.5 and 81 grains of powder for n570 and 180's... but i just never feel safe with one source. If i start at 79 and work up will i be safe, or should i start lower?
