280AI in AICS magazinze?

has anyone ever tried feeding 280AI in an AICS mag? if so how did it work for you?

It will work.

I would not do it. My 280 AI has BDL bottom metal and I love it. 4 down and 1 in, your good to go!!!!

Wondering if anyone can expound on this topic? I have a spare manners SL stock, in LA with a mini chassis dbm. Wanted to build a new .280ai for hunting on it but have heard it can have feeding issues.

I ran my 280 AI in a Cadex chassis with both AI and Accurate mags and never really had any issues with feeding. The shoulder angle made me think that I would, but I don't recall ever sitting there struggling with it. I never ran it fast, so I can't speak on how it would hold up in a match or somewhere where you are firing more rapid shots.

If the shoulder on my 257 Weatherby can feed reliably, then anything can!
