.284 Winchester Load info Needed

Hi Fellas,

Plain ol Vanilla .284 Winchester

Looking for load info for Berger 168 grain vld.

I will plan to use H4831sc because I have a bunch of it & that is what I am shooting in my .284 Shehane Match rifle.

This rifle is a Hunting / Tactical rifle that I currently shoot Berger 180 vld's.
