To do what exactly?
If you are rapidly engaging targets and do not have a requirement for fine accuracy then a 4 moa will be the ticket. Think 3 gun or other type of fast paced shooting.
If you need to have a bit more exactness in your shot placement and are willing to sacrifice some speed then the 2 moa will work. An example would be a scout rifle that you would have to take longer shots on.
It all depends on what you want to use it for.
