**ATTENTION** For the month of May we have moved the match to Nellis Gun Club. It WILL NOT be at DSRPC!!

This allows us the opportunity to shoot out to 1,000 yards.

There are several RULES that you will need to follow - (These are important!!)

- DO NOT attempt to enter Nellis AFB through any gate other than the "AREA 2 GATE". I repeat use the Area 2 gate only!! This gate is located across from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Las Vegas Blvd.

- DO NOT carry a loaded concealed or openly carried firearm on base!! All weapons must be cased and EMPTY! Place your ammo in a separate compartment of the vehicle from the weapon. (if possible)

- DO have your valid state driver's license with you.

- Do wait for an escort at the staging area in the picture. You need to be at the staging area at 7 am.

If you have read and understand these directions copy and paste the following phrase into a reply to let us know you are coming.

"I have read and understand the directions, I will be there"

This is a map to get you to the staging area. You can take Interstate 15 to the speedway exit or you can take Las Vegas Blvd out to the Area 2 gate.

Bring 75 rds, DOPE to 1,000yds, sunscreen and drinks.

0700 meet at staging area, 0730 sign in, 0800 first rounds downrange.

Cost is $20 for everyone, First time shooters of the match will be $10.

**223 shooters - while we understand that caliber may be all you have, it will severely handicap you in the wind and at the distances we are going to shoot.**

For more information please check out our announcement on sincityprecision.com.

I hope to see everyone there as this month is going to be a lot of fun!

I'm interested in participating in one of your matches though I can't make the one in May. Will future events be held at Nellis? Also, is there a description of the various stages of the match that I can use to get familiar with the PR format?

Thanks,

Dave

Best way to familiarize yourself is to come out and watch or shoot a match. You can search google and YouTube for images and videos that would probably be helpful. You may even find a post where the COF is up.

Michael Victor with Victor Company made a great video on the 2012 Surefire/Nor Cal TBRC, search that and it should come up.

Events will be held at both Nellis and DSRPC so read the match announcements thoroughly and carefully.

LEO's need to have an unloaded CCW firearms also?

I read and understand the directions.

One more thing to add you will need a actual empty chamber indicator, like the long ones pictured below. Its mandatory this time, no pens, spent cases or other items. This will be kept in your rifle at all time until the R/O tells you to load and make ready then which you will hand it to the R/O and it will be returned and reinserted immediately after your time is up.

Question to help cut down on my limited search time, which local shop would have the empty chamber flags?

Thanks, Jerry

I've been at Nellis with my loaded concealed firearm and LEO ID, and in uniform as well. I was allowed. But that was three years ago. Have no idea what they are doing today.
