Trying to figure out how much more fps the improved version will give ?
Is it worth the extra cost and time forming brass ?
If you shoot the imp Version please post data so I can compare to book loads

Hi what barrel length are you thinking off? if you are staying 30" or under there will likley not be mich gain it will just cost you more in fireforming and barrel life.
I would stick with the 30/338 Lapua as the brass is verry good and no fireforming just neck them down and shoot them i believe it is a much better option.

Well was goingwith 30"-32"
Had a flight of fantasy of using 110-125gr for vermin
But think really 190 200 gr burger hunting vld would be good
Should be ok at 1000 and open on fox at normal hunting distance
