Rifle Scopes 30 mm ring insert to 1 inch

who make a good insert for 30mm rings to mount a 1 inch scope
and are they recommended pros and cons please

I used some on a CAA scope mount temporarily on an AR. The inserts came with the mount.

I'd say it'll work fine, but don't make it your permanent setup.
