30 MOA Base Suggestions

I have a State Arms Shorty in 50BMG that I am looking to put a new Picattiny Base with a 30 MOA , for shooting in FCSA 1000 yd competition? I want a Steel Base and would like some suggestions on which base would be best, given the heavy recoil of the 50? I do have an AR Muzzle Brake, which gives tremendous force changes at the scope. I will be using Burris XTR Rings 30mm.
