The Remington site states that the barrel diameter for the R-15 is .680" This seems a little "thin" to me. Would someone who has an R-15 in 30AR please measure the barrel muzzle diameter and let me know what it is. I have one on order but will probably bee a week or so before it arrives and I am VERY curious. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
