.30 Remington AR Parts question

Hey sorry if this has been done before, I searched but got nothing back.

I am building a .30 ar and I have 2 questions,

1. What bolt do i use? I know the 30 AR is built off of the 450 bushmaster so the same????

2. Can I change Mag followers or does this require special mags or can u make mil-spec work???

30 AR was discontinued by Remington. I'd give other choices some consideration.
