I have formed some .300 BLK on a single stage press that turned out better than I expected. Do you cut your brass on a chop saw or in a die with a hacksaw and then finish trimming?
I was using one of the cheapy Harbor Freight mini chop saws with about a 2" blade for a while. Works decently. Now my process for 300 BLK brass goes something like this:
1. Order brass from Hoser (he's on several forums)
2. Wait for brass to arrive
3. Wonder why I ever went through the trouble of forming all that brass!

I can relate. It's good therapy for me anyway. Hard to justify purchasing 300 BLK brass when you have a 30gal plastic drum filled with .223 brass begging to be reformed.
