300 Norma mag barrel life

Has anyone actually shot out a 300 Norma Mag?
I have one in the works so it might be kinda late to be asking this question..
I'm planning on shooting 225's with H1000, and hoping to get at least 1200 rounds out of it (Primary use will be hunting, but I like to practice a lot).
Any thoughts on barrel life?

Guys are doing much better than that with the 300 RUM!

You can get 1200 if youre not pushing it too hard and let barrel cool off atleast per 3 shots max..its not ideal target rifle like how you would run your 6.5 SA

Yes..you run it too hot and youll only end up 5-700
