300 wby brass from 7mm rem mag?

I have this extra 7mm remington mag ammo/brass sitting around, and I was wondering since it is a long belted magnum, is it possible to fireform it into 300 weatherby mag?

I have read that people go from 375 H&H to 300 wby, but could not find any info on 7mm to 300wby.

Actually the 7mm Rem Mag is considered a Short Belted Magnum, as compared to it's parent 375 H&H and 300 H&H.

7mm Rem Mag case length 2.50"
300 Weatherby Mag case length 2.825"
375 H&H case length 2.850"

You cannot turn the 7mm Mag into Pinocchio, it's just not long enough....

Yeah, I see 7mm Rem Mag brass on shelves everywhere, wish I could convert it to 300 Win Mag.

.300 H&H, .375 H&H. 8 mm Rem Mag. Many others come from the basic case. Most are expensive. Sorry bout that.
