Will 190gr work with 1/8 twist?

1 in 8 is awfully fast. Berger 200 hybrid only needs a 1 in 11. Just look up the bullet and see what the manufacture recommends for twist.

If the bullet you intend to use has very little imperfections, it'll likely be fine. Higher amounts of imperfection combined with faster spin rate and you have increased dispersion. The reason being increased spin magnifies the imperfections of the bullet. "Over stabilized" bullets have increased spin drift. Higher stability (gyroscopic) can compensate for lower dynamic stability which affects the bullet performance as it enters transonic velocities.
