I have a Bergara Premier 300WinMag, i did some load development with 208gr ELD-M with H1000 also seating depth tests and best groups I've been able to get are 1.5 MOA @100yds. Bergara said that Berger 185 Juggernauts are the bullets that they recommend for sub-moa accuracy, only problem is H1000 is getting hard to find, but i have a bunch of h4350 for my 6.5 Creedmoor, Berger has load data for h4350 and it would be great to be able to use one powder for both calibers. Does anyone think that h4350 would be too fast of a powder for 185's?

Given they are ADI powders it looks like your AR2209/H4350 will work reasonably well for that bullet weight, a bit more velocity for pressure with AR2213SC/H4831, H450 looks to between those. There isn't loads listed for AR2225/Retumbo with projectiles that light but are for 200gr projectiles where it gives best velocity for pressure so it might get you out of trouble too.

H1000 has been in stock 3 times over the past few days but goes quick.

IMR 7977 is a suitable alternate if you can find it. N565 is similar to H1000 but better speeds.

H4831 or H4841SC seem to do well in magnums with lighter bullets and it’s not a “sexy” powder so it lasts longer in stock than the other that’s where I would try.
