Never seen an off-center flash hole in FC cases, and I'm up to close to a thousand being used...and now prepped with trimming and deburring flash holes and minimal neck turning.
So, yeah, I've looked at every single one.
Just keep 'em all in the same batch. My older stuff has more case capacity, enough different to make a difference from lightest to heaviest. You probably will not have that problem with current production--it's more consistent IME. And I've weighed a lot of cases the past few months, with and without water... My reloads are now doing a small bit better than FGMM in my rifle.
