Have looked over various forums and posts and most data seems to be from 2010-2016 with older projectiles, some of which are not as readily available now. Many of the powders were also more readily available and didn't quite cost as much then.

For those of you who still shoot a S17 (standard 16" barrel), what projectiles + powders are you using now?

Looking at N140, A2520, and Ramshot Tac for 165-168gr projectiles (including 168 SMK) and the Federal Fusion 150gr (factory load showed promise) projectile. Trying to keep "theoretical" peak pressure per GRT at 55k PSI. Not interested in Varget, IMR4064, or H4895/IMR4895 here for something I'm mostly using as a blaster. Anything other projectiles or powders I should be aware of?

41.5 grains of H4895 in LC or IMI brass with a 168 SMK is a known accuracy load. I'm not sure why you'd dismiss some of these powders that work well in .308, especially when you have an adjustable gas system.

If you're interested in "blaster" loads, why aren't you just using 147 pulls? If you stay around 150s and no more than 168s you could try 8208 XBR.

No IMR 4064 or I/H 4895 due to general lack of availability right now - at least where I am + online options. Otherwise, yes, I would like to be able to just push the easy button and use one of the above. No varget b/c relatively high cost and it burns barrels relative to other powders that would work (high burn temp + energy density) in a semi-auto blaster, even if it is "just a 308".

165-168gr projectiles because the increased cost is none-minimal vs a 150 or 155 projectile and the likely increase in precision is worth the relatively minimal cost to me (for when I'm not blasting).

8208 added to the list, thanks.
