Rifle Scopes 30mm QD mount with 3.75" outer ring spread, does it even exist?

I finally received my US Optics TS-12X MHR scope and a LaRue LT204 mount the other day after a month on backorder, only to find that they don't fit. The TS-12X will only fit in mounts with an outer ring spread of 3.75", and so far, the only mount I've found that'll work is the Aero Precision Ultralight SPR.

Are there any QD mounts available that will work with this scope? Many of them don't have that dimensional data available, and the rest are too long like the LT204.

I just went through this exercise attempting to mount my USO LR-17 on an AR. I ended up with a Badger Unimount cantilever one-piece mount. It has the spacing to accommodate the huge elevation/parallax housing on USOs. It isn’t QD, however.
