Rifle Scopes 30mm Simrad Ring

Aside from a Spuhr mount and rail, does anyone make a 30mm ring for a Simrad. I have a Badger 34mm ring, but would like to move it to my 30mm scope. Badger appears to make reducers from 30mm to 1" but that's it.

I bought my 30mm from Badger - part # 1005-306-70 for $149.95. It is just the top cap.
