Very powerful, nice looking rifle.

The barrel is currently painted with flat-dark-earth Alumahyde since that's what I had on the shelf. I do plan to send the barreled action out for cerakoting once it's all done and verified to work properly.

Got it zero'd in today and fired off 20 rounds without the muzzle brake, it was surprisingly manageable but not pleasant.

The first shot with the brake showed a little copper swapped onto the last brake baffle so I need to fix that and make a new brake for it that's a bit more forgiving.

I shot a 5-shot group at 100 yds that measured 0.9" CTC including the flinch / flyer. The four good shots were one hole, about 0.5" CTC.

This was the first (and only so far) load I tried, and I haven't tweaked seating depth or powder charges yet. At 200yds I was seeing some vertical stringing which I believe may be due to velocity variations.

The load was 90.0gr H-1000 over 300gr SMK's, with CCI magnum primers and Rem brass. It chrono'd at 2750 ft/s in my rifle, and had an ES of about 50 ft/s. I definitely have a bit of load development to do before I stretch it out to 1k and beyond.
