Improving a case has no impact on the OAL of your loaded ammo.
If you are looking for max case capacity with the 300SMK seated as long as possible your mag box dimensions must be taken into consideration if you want a repeater. Assuming no mag box limitations you just need to seat a bullet into a case where you want it and send it to the reamer maker. Most reamer makers have probably done this one a few times and should be able to get you close once you determine the OAL you can accommodate. If you are chasing the lands be sure you set it where you have room to grow as the lands will start moving north on the first shot.

I've got the reamer if you should need a barrel chambered.
