Any chance of a closer look at your jig. Id be interested in adding this to my resume but I know very little about welding on bolt handles or even what kind of welding is required. If I had a better idea of what was involved, I could set myself up and call in a welder. Dont worry Im not in the USA.

Thats better then using vise grip.
