338 Win Mag load for Hunting- Elk tag in hand

I just put a Brux barrel on a 338 Win Mag Action, hunting gun. 25 inch barrel. I have Norma brass. Whats your load?

I have been running 225 accubond. Thinking about 250's?

What Velocity should I expect? My last load was getting 2760fps with 4831SC, cant remember the grains off the top of my head. Shot OK, not great.

Any help much appreciated.
