A friend of mine built this rifle a few months ago. The barrel is a pac-nor blank that he finished the machining on(he is a machinist by trade). He has only shot 8 rounds through it so far. He shot it at the 1000yd gong at our range and after 3 sighting shots he shot a 5 shot group and it was right at 5 inches, not bad for shooting new equipment. He wants to go out again after the wind quits(if it ever does). I don't know a whole lot more about the rifle but I think it will shoot well. He is running 350grn Matchkings at 3220fps. If you guys have any advice for him I will pass it on.
