Has anyone tried WC 860 ball in the 375 Chey Tac ? I have seen some data for the 408 on this powder .. It is reputed to be the same burn rate as h 5010 ..

The old 5010 was much slower than the 860, but the new 5010 is about 10% hotter so you NEED to work loads up with 5010 or SEVERE pressure problems WILL happen.
Just curious but why are you not using Retumbo or RL25?

I am using retumbo and RL25 / I have a quantity of surplus powders and like any other maniac wildcatter want to look at different propellants with the hope of getting More Something out of a rifle.
I have accumulated a variety of .375 projectiles in min quantities of 100 @ The more I can benefit from others experience the more performance I can gain......The rifle is still in break in, but as weather warms up I will be out with the chrono every day..
