I understand making a range card but how does one make one for urban environments? Suppose your hide is on the 5th floor and you have to account for possible shots all the way from ground level to 20 or 30 floors high? Do you do anything special or just use the corrected range (where the angle has been discounted) for all elevations?

What you might also want to do is to use a ballistics program to see how much angled shots affect point of impact at various ranges. You may find at urban ranges that an angled shot can be compensated for simply by holding a little low on the target.
