Rifle Scopes 4-16x50 Single Turn Mrad S&B and 20 MOA base

Will I be able to get the full 13 Mils of travel out of my scope on a 20moa base? I am mounting it to a Surgeon short action.

It is a somewhat older scope as it is marked Cm, not Mrad.

Yes, and with a 100-yard zero.

Just zeroed the rifle and I got 13.5 mils out of the turret. I traded with a guy who had a 20 MOA base and he only got 10.5 mils out of the scope, but now I have the full 13, weird.

Yeah, I had the MTC scope and loved it, but decided I liked the single turn and P4F reticle mo' betta. It is difficult to see the reticle on 4x though the illumination helps fix that problem.

Not really, his base may have been of or the rifle might have been off,

I have a 20 Moa base on my Sako and it really only gives me about 8 Moa.

I get 12 mils. of elev. with a 20 moa base.
