.408 Case Holder used for priming

My high dollar Sinclair Stainless priming tool has a case holder advertised for it but I just found out that the .505 Gibbs case (the parent case) will not clear the tool itself. What tool do you guys use for inserting primers? Are there any as sensitive as the Sinclair

For big cartridges like that (> .338LM) I used a press-mounted priming arm (RCBS AmmoMaster 2 and Lyman something or other). Now I'm quite a bit more finicky and use a K&M hand priming tool, but I couldn't find a Lee shellholder for the .408 case, so stuck with the priming arm on the press for that.

21st century shooting, SS priming tool has shellholders for the 505 Gibbs, shellholder 450.
How it is to seat with a 408 case i have no idea about thouh, my cases are all a good deal smaller.
As for sensitivity and feel you will not find a better priming tool anywhere.
