40X Rimfire Barrel contour

I bought a CMP 40X Remington 700 .22 a while back that shoots really well. I was curious if anyone knows what contour the barrel is? It is the standard heavy barrel I think they all come with.

Which particular model is it? I vaguely remember the USMC marked BA's had varmint barrels and the non-USMC had AMU barrels.

AMU... That probably makes sense. Mine is not marked USMC or for that matter doesn't have anything other than the serial number. I love the gun for rimfire matches ect. but carrying it into the field is just not much of an option. At least not a very enjoyable option anyway!

NP, if you have a pair of calipers measure the diameter at the muzzle, recoil lug and a few other points and try to map out the contour, then double check with one of the barrel makers websites to see what you have. That would verify the AMU contour, as it is pretty simple.
