4500NV vs AB CD

Got a copy of Bryan's book with the AB CD in it. Loaded AB on my computer and started playing with it. I got out my Kestrel 4500NV, with ATRAG, and matched the environment on the computer with what the Kestrel said. When I had all info matched, my solutions from the two were very different. With my .308 load, at 1k there was approximately 3 MOA difference. I tried both G1 and G7 in the AB and it made no difference. I have been using the 4500NV for 3 years (out to 2K) and know it works well.

What am I missing/doing wrong???
