5.56 Reloads 1/7 Twist DDM4V7

Does anyone have specific reloads for 1/7 twist 16-inch barrel, or any specific reloads for their Daniel Defence DDM4V7? Forgive me if I am asking for the wrong things, I know someone that is willing to help me with reloading but I know as much as a rock about reloading.

For general plinking/practice, I use:

whatever 55gr fmj bullet,
26gr of H335/WC844
whatever casing
whatever small rifle primer
2.25" OAL.

If I'm running BL-C(2), I use 26.5gr

There a thread in the sticky section for 223/556 and one for 223/556 AR loads as well. TONS of info in both of those.
