Best bang for the buck out there is the Lee kit, under $200 and comes with dies. I know of a few national guys that use them and recommend them over the more expensive options out there. We are trying to keep them in stock but the orders keep piling in here!

CH4D or Hollywood dies are the shit. Don't have any experience with the Lee. You will always have money in the bank with the Hollywood or CH4D dies as they retain their value quite well.
