OK
I just bought a ar 50 that came with the 15 MOA scope base. It has a luppy mark 4 scope. It's died zeroed at 300 yards. With it adjusted up 60 clicks. I'd like to be able to use that 60 clicks. So would I still be able to zero at 300 with a 50moa scope base? Thanks.

No.

If you are talking 60 quarter moa clicks, that's 15moa of adjustment.
If you went from a 15moa rail to a 30 moa rail, you would eat up ALL of that 15moa and may or may not be able to get to your current zero, but you would have a lot more usable elevation travel from whatever zero you got.
