I am looking at two different scopes, both by the same maker and they are comparable magnification but one is 56mm with a 34mm tube, while the other is lighter and has a 50mm objective lens and a 30mm tube, but less adjustment range.
The first is the Arken EP-5 5x25x56 and the other is the EPL-4 6x24x50.

Which is the better scope? And why?

The EP5 is an exponentially better scope than the EPL 6-24x50 from my experiences. But I'd still recommend spending more and getting a better optic than an Arken, if you can swing it.
