6.5-300 WM Ackley Improved

Ok I know this is a bit of an odd ball but i need some help.

I am building a 6.5-300 WMA and trying to find were to start with the loads. Im not even sure were to begin. I know this is gonna be a major barrel burner but I dont really care. Im wanting to push 140 gr VLD and A-max to there limit.

I am still getting the parts together for this build and the barrel is going to be a Bartlein R5 but not sure what twist I should go with ether and I was gonna make it about 28 inchs long

Any ideas would be great

I've not shot a 26 Nosler, yet, however; the 26 nosler's case capacity is almost identical to the 300 win mag (both 93gr H2O), and as the 26 Nosler is a 6.5mm cartridge, I'd start with that data.
