Can anyone steer me to any law enforcement agencies that use 6.5cm in their bolt guns? LE world is slow moving and justifications, data, are hard to come by....... If you can provide me with the agency I can make the contacts from there. And yes, I know, 308 has a proven track record, data, large bullet selection etc.

I’m sure a few have swapped over or have it on approved list, but all the Agencies I’m familiar with are not moving forward as it doesn’t make much sense to give up barrel life for extended performance they won’t be using.
I’d start looking in areas (Alaska maybe) that are more open and may possibly take longer shots. You may have better luck finding a dept/agency that has adopted 6.5cm already. Otherwise, I don’t make much sense to swap.
Thanks, that's kinda what I figured. I dabble in the LR stuff and wanted to keep my life simple and consistent but its not really a biggie as the truly important stuff will have way more reps on the equipment. I kinda figured there might be agencies that are into the whizbang magic bullet stuff though and jumped ship. Im not finding any other than a rumor or two. Sounds like it sure has some military fan boys though.
