6.5 CM Complete Rifle or Complete Upper?

Looking to potentially pick up a semi-auto 6.5 CM. I'm debating between buying a complete rifle or just buying a complete upper to slap on an M5 lower. Can I get some recommendations please?

I like the LMT 6.5 CM but I've seen some complaints about accuracy. I'm open to spending what I have to for a quality product.

With that being said, if Accuracy was your number one priority, I would probably get get a Krieger or Bartline and drop it into an AP upper, you can get its chamber cut specifically to your spec and should be more consistent that most factory match barrels.

The more I look at it the more I like the 6.5 LMT. I can't remember where I read complaints about accuracy but I'm guessing somewhere here or on AR15.com. I need to find a California compliant LMT, any ideas where one might be available? I haven't had much luck so far.
