I'm currently doing load development for 6.5 Creed in a new Kreiger barrel using the 147 ELDM and H-4350 with Peterson large primer brass.
Ive got 39gn to 41gn loaded for testing this weekend. I'm .020 off the lands right now.

Anybody have any pet loads they would like to share?
Any recommendations on charge weight or seating depth?

Thanks!

No magic here. That jump will be fine as will your charge range. Shoot a good test and you should be most of the way there. I haven’t found a creed that didn’t like the 147 yet.

I'd say you will be ok. I'd try a little bit higher charge weight. I'm running 43.3gr in lapua brass with 147s

41.4 in Prime brass, 25 thou jump.

40.5 Reloder 17 in Prime brass, 25 thou jump

Both give right about 2700 out of a 24" Proof Research stainless. Single digit SD's and ES's below 25.

I settled on 41.9gr of H4350 with star line brass in a Gas gun.

Where would you guys advise I go from here to tighten these groups up? First group is 39gn (2650fps). Second group is 39.5 (2680fps). I was thinking about testing .3 grain increments around these charge weights. Any suggestions?

Ok. Those groups look great and the SD is excellent as well. As long as the ES is under 25 or so, then you can load a bunch and enjoy.

That's just me. As long as I have a half-MOA grouping, with a SD of 10-ish, and ES of 25 or less, I call it a day. Then I load a shit load and start getting trigger time.

If anything, play with seating depth. Load 5 each at .005, .010, .015, .025, .030 off the lands. You already know what .020 looks like.

Just curious what rifle/scope your running? Also what size groups you trying to get?

Rifle started out as a Rem 700 SPS Varmint. Now the only thing left is the action that has been trued. I just had a Krieger MTU 26" barrel installed. Rifle has a HS precision stock for the time being with a Timney Calvin Elite trigger. Running a Vortex Viper PST 6-24" scope.
Trying to get the tightest group possible.

I got it dialed in now. 39.7 grains (2715 FPS), .020 off lands.
